Return & Refund Policy

PADDLE® 7-Day Trial

PADDLE® products may be tried and returned within 7 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the PADDLE® must be clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition, with all original accessories and packaging. Normal, careful use during the trial period is permitted.

Please contact us at support@signum-us.com within the 7-day trial period to request a return.

For fit, preference, or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

All Other Products

Unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.

If an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or sent in error, please contact us and we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the merchandise has been received and inspected. Items showing damage, excessive wear, misuse, or alteration may not qualify for a full refund.
