Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. If the return or exchange is due to a faulty item or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost and refund the original shipping fee. However, if the return or exchange is for any other reason (such as change of mind or ordering the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. This process may take 5–10 business days. We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or sent in error. For all other reasons, a return must be made first, and a new order placed separately.
