Order Processing

Standard Orders: Your order is now being processed and will be shipped within 3–4
business days.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak holiday seasons or promotional events. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.


Pre-Order Items

Important Information: Pre-order items are handled separately from in-stock
inventory. Because these items are not yet available for immediate dispatch, they follow
a different timeline:

Separate Shipments: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they
may be shipped separately to ensure you get your available items as soon as
possible.

Individual Notifications: For every pre-order item purchased, each customer will
receive a dedicated follow-up email providing a specific time estimate for
production and delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Domestic Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Tracking: Once your package is with the carrier, tracking updates will be available via the link sent to your email.


Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after the
processing period, depending on your location.

Damaged or Missing Goods
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
